This gorgeous creature was the Infanta (Princess) Maria Christina of Spain and Portugal. She was a granddaughter of King Charles lV of Spain and King Francis l of the Two Sicilies.

Upon gazing at this beautiful woman’s visage, one might wonder what sort of pairing could’ve produced such an attractive human being as this. Well, gentle reader, the explanation is quite simple: her parents were an uncle and niece!

Needless to write, this fair maiden was married off in an arranged union to a Portuguese prince, and yes, he was also a cousin of hers. They had five children together. The author has not uncovered any photos of their brood, and frankly he doesn’t want to!
